My CareerCoach’s objective is Workplace Readiness & Leadership Development carefully constructed by business leaders with a history of operational impact, rapid, sustained and sequential business growth, process improvement and people development. Cumulatively these individuals bring contemporary & diverse experience in building careers and businesses within Global & Asian global corporations ranging from startups to complex Fortune 100 environments.

All our contributors consider that leadership is not necessarily about leading a team or an organization. The skills associated with leadership can well be developed within an individual and benefit her even if she were to be an individual contributor. As she progresses to a leadership position these skills scale and positively impact a larger group with larger results. 

My CareerCoach bridges the gaps of an individual’s learning process between traditional tertiary education and the complex demands of the dynamic workplace through extensive practical curriculum not usually taught in tertiary institutions.  The hosted high quality multi-media content makes the individual not only ready to deliver workplace productivity but also enables every subscriber to be among other things to be Worldly Wise, arms them with Leadership Tools, familiarizes them with Leadership Lessons from the Streets  and with Performance Enhancers while teaching a Healthy Lifestyle that is crucial for intellectual, professional & financial success!

My CareerCoach is also a platform for ‘Professional’ social networking & ‘Personalizing’ individual professional interests (Coming soon!). Additional capabilities will progressively be introduced to make My CareerCoach more personal with more interfaces to provide multi directional content. BrightPath’s content is either developed in-house by a strong and experienced team of researchers, industry practitioners and top class industry executives with many years of successful business operation under their belt. BrightPath Learning also licenses content from credible providers with substantial core competence and years of operating experience involving very satisfied clientele.

At its heart, BrightPath Learning is a deep rooted technology organization that cleverly leverages technology for the distribution and usage of the content. The usage of technology scales its offerings and enables the organization to dramatically expand its reach around the world. Content is delivered using tools like audio and video on demand modules, podcasts, webcasts etc. The collaborative post curriculum sessions including the Mentorship programs are delivered using tools like WebEx and GoToMeeting. Besides using technology, BrightPath Learning also delivers content in traditional classroom settings.

The end goal of both sites is to prepare and enhance the skill development, leadership and personal brand development of working professionals around the world.
