Introducing the ‘Headhunter’ …
 ‘The Headhunter’ (he chooses to stay anonymous) is not only a very successful global recruiter; he is also an accomplished businessman with a string of successes under his belt! The Headhunter’s career began in the UK with British Aerospace. His early career followed an engineering path which led him to build a VC backed hardware and software company, specializing in industrial data collection in the 1980’s. Following significant growth, his business was acquired in 1993. In 1994, he joined a South African executive search firm as shareholder and Managing Director working with global Technology vendors in building their leadership teams across Asia Pacific, Australia and South Africa.
He divested this interest in 1997 and moved to Australia as a founding member of his current successful executive search firm, which is today the Asia Pacific member of one of the largest technology search alliances in the world covering Asia Pacific, UK, United States and Canada. Through years of experience and specialization in the Technology sector, ‘the Headhunter’ has built a network and reputation in the region which gives the firm and alliance reach and access to the best organizations and talent.
